WHY THIS COURSE WAS CREATED

No two companies are alike: operations, roles and responsibilities and the brand itself. To be successful, an Ambassador needs to be empowered, not only with the knowledge about their brand, but also with the skills to operate successfully in the field, navigate corporate, build their network, manage multiple projects at once and much more.

These are skills that are generally not taught, but learned after years of trial and error.

The Beverage Brand Ambassador Academy provides 20 years of industry knowledge fit into one course. We fill the gaps, accelerate the learning curve by teaching the skills needed to succeed from day one, so each BA can thrive throughout their career.

Being in operations for my entire career, the supply side is brand new to me. I know the things I’m pretty good at, and have a decent understanding of my areas that need some focus moving forward. What really was valuable for me was just the overall perspective on how to do the job. How to identify certain things as well as different angles of approach and activations.
Thank you again for the valuable information.

The module and workshop gave me a lot of insights and I’m looking forward to the next one. Even on some things I knew (or thought I did) but seeing it all laid out and cohesive was supremely enlightening. In fact, I just used the techniques at an account I’ve been struggling to get a meeting at for a while. Now I have a tasting with the bar manager, buyer, and AGM next week!
